Service Description

Offers a variety of programs for holistic health and wellness: spiritual, mental, physical and emotional. Center strives for culturally sensitive and community based programs as follows:

Medical Transportation

  • Provides secure and safe transportation to medical treatments for specialized or regular physical services.

Mental Health

  • Counselling for individuals, couples, and families
  • Addiction Outreach – referrals for treatment, client support, aftercare, and community education on alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and drugs.

Community Health

  • Preschool immunization and screening
  • School immunization
  • Counselling
  • Adult immunization and screening
  • Prenatal/postnatal support
  • Chronic disease case management
  • Lifestyle counselling: STIs, condoms, needle exchange, and education.
  • Pregnancy testing
  • STI testing
  • Safer sex education.

Home Care

  • Home management (menu planning, general household cleaning, ironing, changing bed linens, laundry, budgeting, meal preparation, and shopping)
  • Personal Care (bathing, grooming and skincare, food and nail care (non-diabetic), and reassurance visits).
