Service Description

Increases awareness of diabetes, its risk factors, and strategies to maintain health despite a diabetes diagnosis. Health promotion workshops and cooking classes are offered. Provides individual diabetes counselling appointments. 

Eligibility

Members of all ages from the Yorkton Tribal Council member First Nations including Cote, Kahkewistahaw, Keeseekoose, The Key, Ocean Man, and Zagime Anishinabek (Sakimay) First Nations.
