Service Description

Saskatoon Tribal Council Health & Family Services and Member First Nations participate in Accreditation Canada’s Qmentum accreditation program, which includes ongoing, comprehensive self-assessment of health care organizations to identify what is being done well and what needs improvement to focus on improving safety, quality, and efficiency. 

Eligibility

Locations involved include: Kinistin Saulteaux Wellness Centre, C.M. Ledoux Health Centre, Muskeg Lake Health Centre, Muskoday Community Health Centre, One Arrow Health Centre, STC Health Centre, STC Health & Family Services (Packham location), and Yellow Quill Health Centre.
